Cleaning Services in Northcliff

Often yes. We test an area first and work in stages rather than one aggressive pass, which is safer for the older wool and nylon carpets common in Northcliff, Blackheath and Berario homes. Where the pile has worn through we tell you honestly rather than promising a result the fibre cannot give.

We do. Drapes are cleaned in place from R250 to R450 per drape, which avoids taking them down and waiting days for them to come back. High windows, sunrooms and stair landings are priced into the quote at the start rather than added on the day.

Northcliff houses tend to be older and larger, with staircases, sunrooms and enclosed patios that add rooms without adding much floor space. We walk the house before quoting so nothing is missed, and stair carpet is included in the room count rather than billed as a surprise.

Usually four to six hours, but thick underfelt in the ridge properties can push drying into the next morning, especially in winter. We use low-moisture extraction and will tell you the expected drying time before we start so you can plan furniture and foot traffic.

Carpet cleaning starts at R350 per room, upholstery and couch cleaning from R95 per piece, mattresses from R300, rugs from R220, curtains from R250 to R450 per drape and deep cleaning from R1,450 per property. The minimum spending is R450, with no call-out fee.

Yes, all three are regular bookings, along with Fairland, Victory Park and Windsor. The mix there is usually renovated cottages and family homes with a combination of rug, wood and tile flooring, so we match the tool to each surface instead of using one method for the whole house.

Yes. Move-in and move-out deep cleans are common around Linden, Greenside and Fairland, particularly for rental units. We clean carpets, cupboards, bathrooms, blinds and windows in one visit and can send photos of the finished property for the agent or landlord.

Often yes in Northcliff, Blackheath, Linden and Greenside when you book early in the morning, since they sit close to our Wynberg base. Larger homes in Berario, Aldara Park and Risidale are better booked a day ahead so we can send a bigger crew and allow drying time.
